If you were oblivious to the news today, you may not have realized that President Trump spent some of his day today with the one and only Kanye West. As the showman that he is at his core, Ye (as he prefers to be called?) certainly showed us one thing: some people truly should stick to what they do best. For the entire world to see, he showed us that using and understanding technology are not his fortes.
Let's take a look at some of the not so brilliant tech moments of this meeting. Firstly, of course Kanye has an iPhone X, which means he has the very quick and secure FaceID. However, because he is either super impatient, or not quite sure how to set it up, he decides to use a manual password. And, because Kanye, his password is all 0's, which is a "brilliant" choice for a password that he happily punched in before the world press.
From there, Kanye begins to explain the "iPlane" concept which is a futuristic plane that Trump should be using instead of Air Force One because "if he don't look good, we don't good". His additional reasoning is that Apple should work on it because it should be an American company. Currently, "Air Force One" consists of two Boeing (an American company) planes that were manufactured in Washington (an American state).
There have been many times where it has been said that someone should stick to what they know, and that has never been more obvious than watching Kanye West try to use and talk about technology.
