Minnesota Vikings fan uses Craigslist to vent frustration with team

Minnesota Vikings' fans have plenty to be disappointed about this year. After coming within a game of the Super Bowl, a week after achieving one of the craziest walk-off plays in history, the Vikings have fallen back in to irrelevance. A 6-6-1 record have left them behind the up-and-coming Chicago Bears, and their new, well=paid quarterback has led them further away from greatness. So, like all angered individuals in today's world, someone decided to take to the internet to vent their anger...and he did it in a most amusing way.
In a since deleted post, a disgruntled fan decided to post the Vikings's nearly-new stadium on Craigslist. Described as a "lightly used, $1,000,000,000 stadium", the fan proclaimed he would be willing to entertain offers including the conversion of US Bank Stadium into a homeless shelter as he deems it more likely for "one of them to have success". As an added bonus, the fan was willing to throw in an "$84 million quarterback who can't win against teams with winning records"; this, of course, referring to Kirk Cousins and his new contract that he signed this Summer.

The entire post was obviously in jest as he neither owns the team, stadium, nor quarterback, but it certainly speaks to the frustration of many sports fans when their team struggles. Craigslist has since flagged and removed the post for violating standards, but it will still be remembered for the creative way in which it used the internet to vent frustration. I am sure it will find its way up there with other creative Craigslist uses such as when a gentleman tried to sell his girlfriend; this was absolutely done with the knowledge of the girlfriend.
